Such matters often being costly if not managed properly and obligatory due to them often forming part of the original planning consent.
It is our experience that whilst all consultancies will supply a workable design, few will actually spend the necessary time considering alternative choices with possible lower construction costs amongst other things. More often than not you will receive the most common and obvious solution, regardless of cost? Similarly for anyone thinking of buying land for proposed development, it may be wise to consult us even before purchase takes place. For a reasonable fee we can offer a feasibility study into the proposal which will entail a brief survey of all existing features and infrastructure present to determine whether at all it is financially viable. This all being done prior to yourselves parting with your hard earned funds. Again, our experience telling us that it is wiser to invest a little up front and possibly lose a small amount, rather than find at a later date after purchase that your costly investment is not worth nowhere near what you paid for it? If your proposal is then viable, if required we can then work alongside your architect to develop the infrastructure in a most cost effective manner as possible.
